UCM Journal Project on Innovation for Sustainable Living
In collaboration with UCM and the NGO Demotech ( www.demotech.org ), the Green Office instigated a journal project on innovation for sustainable living at UCM. 12 papers on various topics in the field were produced and compiled into an academic journal.
UCM Think Tank
The Green Office featured as a client for the UCM Think Tank Project in June 2011 as well as in January 2012. Swap Shop events
Together with Books4Life and the Student Workforce for Sustainability and Development, the Green Office organized three Swap Shop Events, where people could bring their still usable but unwanted clothes or other items and become the owner of the underused belongings of someone else.
Social Entrepreneurship Roundtable MC4E
With the motto “What they don’t (won’t) teach you at the university” the MC4E hosted in collaboration with the Green Office Christina Jordan, a social entrepreneur, from evolutionize it. With events like these the Green Office aims to inspire students to pursue their own projects and to impact their environment.
